Delete your account

If you want to permanently delete your FROMO account and related data, follow these steps in the mobile app.

Steps

1. Log in to your account in the FROMO app.
2. Open the More menu.
3. Go to My details (your profile / account details screen).
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap the Delete account button and confirm if the app asks you to.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you need help, contact us using the details on our app listing in the Google Play Store or the App Store.
